我形容自己為一位神學教育的「夢想工程師」。我在香港長大，並於17歲時移居北美。我自認為是「1.5代」移民，致力於在中西文化以及兩代之間搭建橋樑。

我在加州金門浸信會神學院獲得道學碩士（主修聖經神學），並在貝勒大學完成教會歷史的哲學博士。我是加西浸信會聯會的按立牧師。

我熱愛生命培育，在疫情期間，我深切感受到神學生與牧者面對的嚴重精神壓力，這促使我進修藝術治療高級文憑。我希望能夠將藝術治療、神學反思及靈命塑造結合，來培育與牧養神的工人及信徒領袖。

我的教學範圍包括教會歷史、靈命塑造、崇拜學以及神學思考與事工整合。我目前的學術研究主要集中於早期加拿大華人教會的歷史以及華人教會第二代的研究。
